What are ways that I enjoy moving my body? What kind of sleep or amount of sleep do I need to feel my best?
Who or what makes me feel alive?
What makes me feel unsafe or unsure?
Who makes me feel cared for?
What connections or relationships do I have that help me practice love and trust and belonging? What type of work fuels me and fills me with purpose?
What are causes that I deeply care about and what is my capacity to function within all of that?
